You grant a licensee permitted use of a de-identified, structured dataset under a written agreement. You keep ownership of everything you built and keep operating exactly as you do today.
Operating records with depth: job files, tickets, estimates, approvals, transactions and outcome histories. Value depends on depth, uniqueness and how cleanly the records can be structured. The readiness review tells you where you stand.
No. Licensing grants defined use, not ownership. Rights are reviewed before anything is licensed. Note that the readiness score is indicative only and is not a legal determination about your rights in any dataset.
We don't want your customer list. Names, accounts and anything that points back to a person are stripped out before anything leaves your systems. What remains is the workflow: what happened, what was decided, what resulted.
Descriptive metadata only. Never upload records, protected health information, personal data about other people, or credentials. We do not use review submissions to train or prompt AI models.
To a delivery specification agreed in writing, covering formats, cadence and handoff. Where the agreement provides for it, datasets can be refreshed on a defined schedule.
